If your product reaches you in an unsatisfactory condition we will refund or replace your order minus any shipping costs within 30 days.

​If the product is unsatisfactory due to being damaged by the courier you must contact the courier company.

All orders placed on Monday to Thursday are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and Bank holidays) any orders placed from Friday to Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Our courier delivers on a next day basis Tuesday - Friday. Our frozen bait is packaged in insulated poly-boxes with ice packs. We take great care in the storage and packaging of our bait, for obvious reasons once your order leaves our care the responsibility of the product is out of our hands.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
We offer £12.50 inc VAT flat rate shipping for parcels up to 20 kilos for next day shipping, for larger weights the shipping charge is calculated at the checkout. For wholesale enquiries please call us on 07894 536672.

Local delivery

Free local delivery within 8 miles of Minehead is available for orders over £20.00.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2B Brunel Way Minehead Somerset TA24 5BY. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within a few hours.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10.00 - 16:00 7 days a week. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at speedbaits@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
